Abstract

The article presents a study for the implication for a neural transcription factor, SOX 11 in Burkitt's lymphoma disease which is derived from mature B-cells. It discusses the role of SOX11 in mantle lymphoma and SOX11 expression which is evaluated in 45 adult patients. It also presents result and conclusion of this study by analyzing gene expression which mentions growth regulatory role of SOX11 in Burkitt lymphoma.
