- In the article, the author discusses several topics in the library sector as of March 2017, particularly open access (OA) and collection management. Also cited are the challenges of scholarly communication and preservation as cited by Mary Case, the criteria in determining the OA publishing programs to support, and the importance of aligning policy and practice with decision-making.
