Abstract
- The article discusses the increasing crime rate in South Bronx in New York City in 2016. Particular focus was given on the case of Daniel Rice and Kevin Thomas who were one of the victims of gun violence in the state. Comments from Dermot F. Shea, chief of crime control strategies of the New York Police Department, are also included.
