The article talks about the participation to the first meeting of Biblio-fr (Caen, 1998), about the collaboration with Jean-François Bonnin and Jean Michel (who in 2003 attended a seminar at the Iai County Library, gave interviews, has signed the forewords and the afterwords of Mrs. Marinescu's books, and facilitated her participation in the European projects: Decidoc şi Certidoc). The OCR (the Occupational Classification in Romania) and the ACNE (the Activities Classification of the National Economy) do not reflect the changes in the librarian' profession, the situation being similar in Europe.
