Abstract

The article presents case study of a 50-year-old man with a history of Immunoglobulin G (IgG) λ multiple myeloma who was referred for restaging after diagnosis of nonsecretory relapse following autotransplantation. It mentions diagnosis of tumour heterogeneity of multiple myeloma and studies showing potential advantages of non-FDG tracers such as methionine, pentixafor and choline.
