Abstract
- The article discusses the need of extending the upper age range for early intervention for psychosis services. Topics include expanding the clinical focus to emerging and early phases of a range of psychiatric illnesses; high rates of comorbidity between anxiety, depression and sub-threshold psychotic symptoms in young people; and concerns about the privatization of National Health Service (NHS) in the Great Britain such as lack of transparency about profits, costs, and level of care.
