Abstract
- The article discusses the move of the U.S. Coast Guard to conduct testing designs for new icebreakers at the ice-tank facility in Canada. It states that the icebreakers will help in support science and national security. It mentions that the Coast Guard aims to start building the first heavy icebreaker in 2020 to be completed for 2023.
