基于课题组的科研实验室化学品安全管理模式.

University scientific research laboratories work as important platforms for personnel training and scientific research, and chemical substance management is particularly important for research laboratories in universities. Based on the analysis of current situation of chemical substance management of university research laboratories, combing their characteristics such as being difficult to predict safety accidents，lack of unified student management，frequent adjustment for research projects, various kinds of dangerous chemicals, and unclear responsibility of chemicals management, this paper formulates chemical substance safety management process of scientific research laboratories including standardizing their purchasing process, managing well their storage, strictly controlling their use and disposal. Also the paper puts forward implementing measures of chemical substance management in scientific research laboratories，including defining responsibility to people, strengthening management training. It hopes that the research can provide reference and suggestions for the university laboratory management and their chemical substance management in China. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
