Abstract
- Social networks are a very useful tool for the promotion of services, products and destinations in the tourism sector. Therefore, given the high growth of users of social networks during the last years, the aim of this paper is to analyze the activity of the autonomous communities in social networks. To this end, through the model PRGS (Presence, Response, Generation and Suggestion), we measure the behavior and activity that the tourism brands of 11 Spanish autonomous communities are carrying out in social networks, mainly on Facebook.
