Abstract: The article reporst that a phase 2 trial presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology 2017 Genitourinary Cancers Symposium investigated novel intravesical therapy. Recombinant adenovirus gene transfer vector among 40 patients with high-grade (HG) BCG-unresponsive NMIBC were tested. The subjects were randomized to receive the investigational therapy.
