Abstract
- The article focuses on conflicts raging around the world have created the highest numbers of displaced people ever tallied by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees which tracks and advocates for displaced populations. It mentions war in Syria alone has displaced scholars and Institute of International Education-Scholar Rescue Fund (IIE-SRF) and contributing to development and social well-being. It also mentions coastal environment management in the face of climate change.
