Abstract
- The article discusses the case of an 8-year-old boy who experienced persistent swelling in his upper lips and hence denied any contact with toothpaste or lip balm. He was diagnosed with Cheilitis granulomatosa after microscopy, which is a rare medical condition. Tuberculosis and allergic reactions to food additives are among the many causes for this condition. He was treated with triamcinolone acetonide intralesional injections and showed improvement after one session.
