Topics covered include how coherent interaction between participants in a multiparty conversation impose constraints, an approach to language via dialogues, and the traditional perspective on linguistics. Also mentioned are the complexity of natural language's syntax, the translation of natural language syntax into mathematical notation, and the computational paradigm provided by proof search.
