Abstract

This paper talks about the complex process of adolescence in relation to the teaching and learning process in the contemporary world, under the scope of the intersection between the fields of Psychology and Computers in Education based on an experience developed at "Colégio Pedro II", a state school located in city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The interrelation between the two areas of knowledge- psychology and Computers in Education - has motivated the search for a way to stimulate the interest of young learners for formal knowledge, focusing on our reflection and observation on the school subject which has echoed our questioning - Music.
