Abstract

The article discusses the open classroom door which offers so many opportunities for interaction and intrusion. It states that an open door symbolized an escape hatch for students who are getting bored with the discussions. It also states that an ambiguous open classroom door represents an escape for the teachers as well from the students' vital, demanding and inquisitive presence in the classroom.
