Abstract
- This paper aimed to build a training program based on reciprocal teaching method and exploring its effect in enhancing cognitive skills among learning disability students, the sample consisted of 40 male and female students diagnosed as learning disability students, the researchers used semi-experimental design of two groups; experimental and control, results showed that there are significant statistical differences in the cognitive skills between the experimental group and the control group on the post test, for the favor of the experimental group, there were no significant statistical differences in the cognitive skills that could be attributed to the interaction between the gender and the group variables on the post test, there were significant statistical differences in the cognitive skills between the experimental and the control group on the following test, for the favor of the experimental group.
