Do people competencies support business performance? A research project with Kazakhstani employees.

Most organisations believe that human capital is their most precious asset. However, some companies achieve outstanding business results with this capital, others reach average performance. What is the secret of success of the first ones? What drives the performance of people in leading companies? With this intention, the authors launched a research campaign to explore the factors that drive the performance of employees in a Kazakhstani company.
