Abstract
- A case study of a 53-year-old man with a history of pemphigus foliaceus (PF) is presented, with acute lower back pain. It mentions the patient was diagnosed with Immunoglobulin G-mediated PF with an elevated serum autoantibody index against desmoglein. It also discusses need of improving detection of underlying malignancy.
