This paper proposes an effective method to predict the thermal conductivity of plain woven blended fabric to optimize woven fabric structure, and to evaluate thermal comfort. The unit cell model of fabric is established for numerical simulation of heat transfer through thickness. The thermal conductivity of blended yarns is calculated by a series model.
