Abstract

The article discusses global potential security threat and policy options to Pakistan to bring peace and stability in the region. It is noted that Global sleeper cells are committed to ISIS/Daesh and would be the most significant threat in the aftermath of an ISIS/Daesh defeat in Iraq and Syria. It is stated that avoiding detection by counterintelligence and security forces require maximum care when infiltrating a target country.
