Abstract
- The author asserts that although legislation is on holiday as of September 2017, legislators and members of parliament (MP) in Great Britain are not. Topics discussed include the proposal by the Electoral Commission to ban Internet trolls who abuse MP online from voting, not wanting to cause her sons grief because of her job as a Labour MP, and her experience at a Labour Party fundraiser handing out certificates to young people graduating from the National Citizen Service.
