临床药师参与产科药品不良反应处置的药学实践.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the incidence of adverse drug reactions (ADR) in obstetrical department, and probe into the function of clinical pharmacists in ADR disposal. METHODS:Clinical pharmacists participated in consultations and provided pharmaceutical service for 3 ADR patients which were respectively induced by indometacin suppositories, Nifedipine sustained release tablets and neostigmine. RESULTS:Clinical pharmacists analyzed ADR induced by indometacin suppositories, Nifedipine sustained release tablets and neostigmine, took pharmaceutical cares and assisted clinicians with formulating and optimizing therapeutic regimen. All patients turned better after treatment. CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacists should give full play of professional advantages and take positive participation in clinical treatment, so as to enhance clinicians-pharmacists-patients cooperation and promote clinical rational drug application.
