MITIGATING THE RISKS OF RAPID EVENT ATTRIBUTION IN THE GRAY LITERATURE.

The article focuses on analysis of risks over rapid event attribution in gray literature along with conditions for its preventions. Topics discussed include illustration of several scientific motivations for management of research regarding attributions; illustration its efficacy and concerns for administration of research in climate science; and determination of peer-review conditions for avoidance of attribution along with the El Niño–Southern Oscillation (ENSO) process.
