Abstract

The article reports on an announcement by Rambus Inc. regarding interoperability between Northwest Logics' HBM2 Memory Controller Core and Rambus HBM2 PHY. It is mentioned that high-performance networking and server applications in the data center could be supported by the combined HBM2 solution. Comments of Brian Daellenbach, president of Northwest Logic, regarding the combined controller core are also given.
