Abstract
- Two new isobenzofuranone derivatives erinaceolactones G and H (1and2) were isolated from the ethanolic extract of fruiting bodies ofHericium erinaceus. Their structures were characterized on the basis of spectroscopic evidences. Compound2was suggested to be racemic by specific rotation, which was resolved by chiral HPLC into enantiomers.
