Abstract
- Constructing heterojunction is one of the methods to restrain the hole-electron recombination and thus improve the photoelectric property. In this work, PbS nanoparticles were grown directly on ultra thin MoS 2 nanosheets to fabricate 2D MoS 2 /PbS nanocomposites via a facile one-pot solvothermal route. PbS nanoparticles anchored on MoS 2 sheets exhibited high crystallinity and uniformity. The particle size can be controlled by varying the precursor concentration. The nanocomposites displayed higher photocurrent compared with pristine MoS 2 , due to the improved light harvesting and the construction of p-n heterojunction structure. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
