Abstract

Sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) have aroused increasing interest as one of the most promising replacements for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). Here, a novel organic–inorganic 3D Na4C6O6–graphene architecture was successfully fabricated from commercial Na2C6O6 and for the first time applied for sodium storage. Hence, the 3D Na4C6O6–graphene architecture exhibits a high reversible capacity, good cyclic performance and high-rate capability for sodium storage. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
