Abstract
- The article reports on the first test launch of an aerospike rocket engine developed by ARCA Space Corp. in early 2018. Topics include U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration's (NASA) release of a fact sheet in the past years about its development of an aerospike engine with industry partner Lockheed Martin, the capabilities and features of the ARCA engine, and why the ARCA engine could significantly change and speed up NASA's ventures to other planets.
