Abstract
- This article intends to briefly present the main amendments introduced by the Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 25 November 2015, within the framework of the payment services, further to the repeal, with effect from 13 January 2018, of Directive 2007/64/EC, of 13 november, together with some remarks on these amendments, in light of the applicable Portuguese legal regime.
