REGARDING AGE AS A DISABILITY: CONCEPTUALIZING AGE DISCRIMINATION AT WORK AS (MIS)PERCEPTION OF DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION.

The article examines the intersection between age and disability discrimination in the context of work. Topics discussed include relationship between aging and disability; remedy employment discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA); the U.S. Supreme Court decisions that narrowly interpret the ADEA; and use of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to remedy discrimination.
