Abstract
- The article features Catalan metalworker and modernist sculptor Julio González, who produced some of Spanish artist Pablo Picasso's early Cubist sculptures. Topics discussed include highlights of the exhibition "González, Picasso & Friends" at the Gemeentemuseum in The Hague, Netherlands, curated by Laura Stamps, brief background on the collaboration between González and Picasso, and sculptors who were highly influenced by González's work.
