Abstract
- The article discusses the American Bar Association's (ABA's) mobilization of disaster aid for natural disaster victims in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, and it mentions how U.S. lawyer Tom Bolt's law office on the island of St. Thomas was damaged due to Hurricanes Irma and Maria. The ABA Disaster Legal Services program and director Andrew VanSingel are examined, along with Hurricane Harvey and pro bono legal assistance for parties in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
