Abstract
- The article reports that changes in the rules regarding the 2018 Basic Payment Scheme have been announced by the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs in Northern Ireland. The changes were the result of amendments to the European Union (EU) regulations that were signed in 2017. Farmers in England, Wales, and Scotland are advised to consider guidance notes from their individual government departments because some rule are implemented differently in Great Britain.
