贵州修文猕猴桃根结线虫的发生种类与鉴定.

[Objective] This paper aimed to explore occurrence status and species of root knot nematodes in kiwifnjit orchards and lay a foundation for control of Meloidogyne incognita in Xiuwen county, Guizhou. [Method]The morphology, rDNA-ITS and specific sequence of root knot nematodes collected from main producing region of kiwifnjit in Xiuwen county were analyzed and identified. [Result] The perineal pattern of female root knot nematode adult had a high and square-shaped dorsal arch composed of wavy smooth lines from thin to thick and some lines were bifurcated on the side without an obvious lateral line. The similarity between sequence of specific amplified fragment and sequence of Meloidogyne incognita in NCBI Database (Accession number ;JN005841. 1. 1) reached 100 %,which indicated that the root knot nematode belonged to Meloidogyne incognita. [Conclusion] The root knot nematode endangering kiwifruit is Meloidogyne incognita mainly in Xiuwen county, Guizhou. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
