The article discusses physician's pledge and Chinese junior physicians with clause "I WILL ATTEND TO" my own health, well-being, and abilities in order to provide care of the highest standard. it mentions importance of occupational health promotion programmes to junior physicians. it also mentions efforts towards addressing the challenges faced by junior physicians.
