Abstract

Designing a mobile application is a known challenge for ergonomists. If you mix it with the fact that you doo t in a start-up, that the design runs are 3 weeks long, that the use is to be created due to innovation (drones), you get a cocktail that can make your practice move. What can be said about specificity of inteventios in this context ? what are the big steps to follow ? to keep in mind from card-sorting to use tests ? how to organize intercatins with teams when CES and investmesnt are in all conversations ? This paper tries to explain, throughout our experience in one of the emblematic frenchtec start-up, how we managed to build our team, to interact with developers and marketing, and how we tried to provide elements of history during the project to deliver a nice application that could inegrate UI/UX questions in a so fast moving company. We provide a few key points that, for us, are a way to better integrate ergonomics in startups preccesses. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
