Abstract

The article focuses on weekend activity for children to get a jump on school with an active game, in which parents can also participate. Skills required are: large-and small-motor, classification, problem-solving, imagination, language. A drawing paper, markers and crayons, and tape are needed. With the child, parents should create a drawing of their home and one of her infant/toddler program. Then they should tape the drawings on the floor, about a foot apart. The child should be explained that his parents are going to name something that the child can find either at home or at school.
