Reports on a jury's awarding of $250,000 to former Prairie View A&M University instructor William Foster who claimed he was fired for advocating faculty pay increases. Efforts by Foster to start campus chapter of the Texas Faculty Association; Jury ruling that Prairie View officials violated Foster's right to free speech.
