DEVELOPING VALUE PARADIGM OF RISING EDUCATORS AT UNIVERSITY.

Abstract

Specification of pedagogical conditions providing the efficiency of system of values formation by means of personal-professional self-actualization of rising teachers in higher education institution are presented in the paper. The axiological approach and techniques, aimed at identifying the structure of the personality: "Rokich System of Values", "Kettell Personality Questionnaire", "Eysenck Personality Questionnaire", "Chudnovsky Meaning of Life Identification Questionnaire", "Career Choice Motive Identification Questionnaire"; and intelligence peculiarities as a factor of value perception: "Mental Lability", "Buzina Brief Selection Test", "Raven Progressive Matrices" were used. 212 students of pedagogical specialty of North-Eastern Federal University named after M.K. Ammosov (Russia) took part in pilot study. The analysis of data showed that before pedagogical experiment 63,25% had low, 25,45% - middle, 11,3% - high level of system of values formation. At formative stage of the experiment, we noted considerable changes of indicators of cognitive activity, reflection capability, and self-organization. We carried out open classrooms ("Children psychology", "Acmeology", "Pedagogical heuristics"); took part in students volunteer movement (charity events, concerts, social projects, etc.); created pedagogical group "Spot of sunlight", carried out a scientific club and conducted research activity; held creative contests, festivals, social projects. After experiment 9,45% had low, 37,7% - middle, 52,85% - high level of system of values formation of rising teachers by means of personal- professional self-actualization. Pedagogical experiment confirmed the role of created pedagogical conditions of system of values formation of rising teachers by means of personal- professional self-actualization in higher education institution. The lack of educational background turned out to be the main factor complicating this process. Criteria of system of values formation of rising teachers are being described. Important factors for the system of values formation of rising teachers: psychology-pedagogical maintenance of educational process; consideration of personal-professional specialization and theoretical, content-related and practical features of educational process.
