Abstract

The article presents the case study of a 60-year-old man with end-stage renal disease who developed hypotension during dialysis. The patient's medical history is explored who had hypertension, heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, atrial fibrillation, and recurrent methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus mitral endocarditis with embolic stroke. The patient was diagnosed with ruptured aortic pseudoaneurysm and underwent pseudoaneurysm resection and aortic reconstruction.
