红景天苷对肝缺血再灌注大鼠肝损伤及Bcl-2、Bax 的影响.

Objective To investigate the effects of salidroside on liver injury and Bcl-2，Bax in rats with hepatic ischemia reperfusion. Methods A total of 56 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups：sham operation group（group C， n=8），model group（group IR，n=24），salidroside group（group S，n=24），group IR and group S according to the time of 1，3，6 h after reperfusion were divided into 3 subgroups.AST and ALT in serum were detected，the cell apoptosis in liver tissue was de- tected by TUNEL method，the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Com- pared with group IR，the cell apoptosis rate in group S was lower，the expression of Bcl-2 protein was increased，the expression of Bax protein was decreased，and AST，ALT were improved，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conlu- sion Salidroside has protective effect for liver injury after liver ischemia and reperfusion，the mechanism of protection may be associated with its action of upregulating the expression of Bcl-2 and downregulating the expression of Bax to inhibit cell apoptosis.
