Evaluación del desempeño ambiental del hotel Versalles, con un enfoque multidimensional.

This study was conducted in the Versalles hotel in order to design a procedure to evaluate its environmental performance, with multidimensional approach. The methods used were: analysis-synthesis and historical-logical. The data obtained from the application of the surveys were processed using the statistical package SPSS®. The Decisión software was also used to determine the key variables. The research contributed to measure the environmental performance of the Versalles hotel. It also allowed to validate the designed procedure and a program of entrepreneurial environmental management was offered to the facility. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
