Abstract

The article analyzes the impact of Brexit on the economy of Great Britain. It attributes the country's rising productivity to falling net migration from Europe that has resulted in a tighter labor market. Brexit is expected to affect gross domestic product (GDP) and to lead to higher trade barriers. The effect of Brexit on trade deals between Great Britain and neighboring countries is also discussed.
