Abstract: The article discusses the proposed U.S. withdrawal from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) treaty involving Iran and nuclear weapons research. Topics include the relation of U.S. President Donald Trump to the JCPOA, the role of monitoring by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) as part of the JCPOA, and the role of the E3 nations (Great Britain, France, and Germany) in the plan.
