Abstract
- The article offers the author's insights on the apprehensions of postdoctoral researchers in submitting a paper with conclusions that are contrary to normal beliefs of the senior scholars in the field of study. Topics mentioned include the possibility of being mired in the critical peer review, the developing of a reputation that is harmful to the career, and the political impact in highly charged issues like climate change.
