Abstract
- Collaborative networks are a strategy for small and medium-sized retailers to stay current in the market, resisting competition with large retail chains. This association allows to joint purchase of goods, increasing volume and changing relationship with suppliers. The propose of this research is to analyze if and how small retail collaborative networks alter the relationships between its members and their suppliers. It was possible to identify that collaboration between associates produces positive effects in the logistic performance resulting in a greater level of competitiveness. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
