The Civil Procedural Code of 2015 brought important and significant changes to the scope of the procedure. Its systematic, aiming the optimization of the proceedings of a lawsuit, giving substance to the principle of the reasonable duration of the procedure, implementing, for example, the partial judgment of the merit of the cause. The present paper aims, therefore, to analyze the changes of the changes implemented by the new codex that are related with the institute of the res judicata and its direct implications in the hypothesis of suitability of the Rescissory Actions.
