Takayasu arteritis is a rare, inflammatory vasculitis of unknown etiology, which affects large vessels especially the aorta and its main branches. It mainly concerns young women. The diagnosis is essentially based on the appearance of compatible vascular injuries with the imaging, in an evocative clinical and biological context.We report the case of a young woman having Takayasu arteritis with sub-renal abdominal aorta and right subclavian artery stenosis.
