Abstract

Objective To explore the correlation analysis of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLK)and platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR) with adult onset disease. Methods A retrospective method was adopted in this study. Fifty patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from July 2013 to August 2017 was collected and divided into uninfected group (27 cases)and infected group (23 cases) according to the infection. In addition,47 patients were selected as the control group. The relevant parameters of blood routine, ESR, and CRP are analyzed. Result Compared with controls, NLR and PLR were significantly higher in AOSD groups whether or not with infection, NLR in infected group were significantly higher than that in the uninfected group (P<0.05). NLR and PLR have a positive correlation with AOSD systemic score, both NLR and PLR in AOSD uninfected were positively correlated with CRP and ESR respectively. NLR value of 10.86 (sensitivity 65.2%, specificity 77.8%) was maximum diagnostic efficacy when forecast AOSD whether or not with infection. Conclusion NLR and PLR can he used as indicators for the condition and inflammatory activity in AOSD,and NLR have the diagnostic efficacy when judge AOSD whether or not with infection.
