Abstract

The article discusses the methods of achieving detachment and peace of mind by an individual. It states detaching from clinging to the hurtful memories and unsavory events to achieve peace of mind is possible by unaffectionate attachment method through writing resentments on a paper and burning it, by placing a flower in front of a picture of a person whom the individual hates leads to unaffectionate detachment method, and affectionate detachment is achieved through kindness towards others.
